We are proud to announce that this will be our first hybrid meeting. Participants unable to attend in person can attend via Zoom at the link posted below. Participants attending via Zoom will be asked to sign in prior to the meeting starting. The Zoom meeting will open 10 minutes prior to the official start of the meeting.
SD59 strives to make its events accessible as possible, and because of budget limitations, no site is perfect. If you have any needs, please reach out via "Contact us" on this site.
This meeting is in an ADA accessible building, on the first floor, has several disability parking spaces, has one physically accessible bathroom that is also an all-gender bathroom. We will be using microphones and amplification for sound, and using a large television to display the agenda and reports. The room we are in will be lit with daylight for this afternoon meeting with LED light supplementing as needed.

We are Senate District 59
We are the DFL (Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party) for Senate District 59 (SD59).

We represent Democrats living in North Minneapolis, Downtown, and the Nicollet Island/East Bank and Saint Anthony Main neighborhoods on the east side of the Mississippi.
We are a grassroots, all-volunteer organization that works hard to elect Democrats to leadership positions in Minnesota state government and in Washington, D.C.
We want to attract new people to the DFL, build party unity, and energize voters. SD59 provides voter outreach as well as financial and volunteer assistance to DFL endorsed candidates’ campaigns such as fundraising, literature drops, and door knocking.
